Ingredients

1. 2 chicken breasts
2. 2 tablespoons of oil
3. 2 tablespoons of butter
4. 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
5. 4 tablespoons water
6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

NOTE: To make more sauce add equal
amounts of water to lemon. To thicken
sauce add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.

Directions

1. Heat pan, add oil, butter, and diced chicken.



2. Cook till the chicken is slightly browned.



3. Add soy sauce and water.



4. Cook for about 3 min.

5. Add lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil.



6. Add cornstarch while boiling for 1 min.



7. Bring heat to medium and reduce for 3-4 min.
